Assignment 1: Please complete the first 3 skills "Interpersonal Communication", " Interpretive Listening", and " Interpretive Reading" on your Linguafolio Passport. For each statement, please make sure you have selected and saved your choice, either" I can do with help" or "I can do" . Please also upload your evidence for each statement. Please see the word document attached for how to upload evidence for each statement (this is my suggestion, if you have already uploaded your own evidence for some statements, you don't need to do it again. But if you haven't uploaded evidences for some statements, please complete your uploading during this class by following the instructions from the word document.)

7/23 Monday Assignments
You are going to open a restaurant and your assignment is to create a menu first. Please list 10 itmes related to food and 3 items related to drinks. Assignment 1
Please describe this picture(objects in a room) in your own words. Your task is to orally describe this picture and type down your description in characters. Use PowerPoint to make a presentation about “famous tourist sites in Beijing”;your presentation should contain 6 slides for these 6 places (Using Historical Places in Beijing handout); on each slide, there should be one picture of the place, name of the place in characters, and voice recording of the place name. After you have finished it, please go to your passport “Presentational Writing” and upload your work onto both “I can label items in a poster or picture.” and “I can copy some characters and words that I see on the wall, in a book, on the board, or on the computer.” as “I can do” evidence.
